Refund Policy

Web Design, Development & Social Media Services Refunds

Refer to your original order receipt issued by Digithrive. The initial retainer is non-refundable per our original agreement. Any refunds on a remaining balance are issued at the discretion of the Digithrive within 30-days period after date of your order. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood our service requirements. Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the design or coding development you may have made or stored in any place including on your hosting account unless otherwise agreed upon. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.

Hosting Refund Policy

Digithrive offers a 45 day refund policy for hosting accounts. If at any time within 45 days from your payment, we will issue you a refund for the remaining balance or credit your account for that time period.

  1. Cancel your PayPal payment subscription here:

  2. Cancel your account using the online form below.
  3. You will receive an automatic reply confirming that your request has been submitted.
  4. Wait for a separate cancellation-confirmation email (up to 48 hours later).
  5. Please allow up to 15 days for your credit card or PayPal to show the refund.
